BUCKLIN – Dale L. Manke 58, died Sunday, November 7, 2021 at Western Plains Medical Complex in Dodge City, Kansas.

He was born on September 12, 1963 at Greensburg, Kansas the son of Leonard Leroy and Carolyn Lowayne (Berndt) Manke. He was a lifetime area resident graduating from Mullinville High School. In 1978 he started Dale's Small Engine & Repair and from 1974 to 2012 he had Manke Lawn & Tree with his brother Kurt. Dale also helped with the family farm.

He was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran in Dodge City.

Survivors include; one brother, Kurt Manke and wife Anne, Bigelow, Arkansas.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at 3:30 pm at Bucklin Cemetery with Scott Tilley officiating. Visitation will be held prior from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Minnis Mortuary, Bucklin.

The family suggests memorials be sent to the Bucklin Public Library in care of Minnis Mortuary, 1901 N. 14 ^th Ave., Dodge City, Kansas 67801.
