Dale L.
Stout, Sr.
Jun 17, 1940 — Aug 21, 2026
FORD, KANSAS – Dale L. Stout, Sr., 86, passed away August 21, 2026 at Hill Top House, Bucklin. He was born June 17, 1940, in Dodge City, to Joseph and Mary Edith (Dowling) Stout.
He was a graduate of Ford High School and for the most part a lifetime area resident. He worked as a farmer, but was a jack-of-all trades. He loved to garden and was so proud when he successfully grew his own pineapple. Dale loved history, his country and his family. Dales' other hobbies included oil painting, puzzles, playing solitaire, bragging about how big his family was and showing off pictures on his phone to anyone he could get stopped to show!
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Ellis and partner Kevin Imel of Bloom, Kevin Stout of Ellsworth, Lisa Cardoza and husband Robbie of Coldwater, Dale Stout Jr. and wife Shelly of Bucklin, Joe Stout and wife Katelyn of Ford, Dalene Brill and fiancé Kenneth Dotson of Winter Garden, FL, Chrissy Aleman and husband Luis of Hutchinson, and Sarah Collins and husband Tony of Hutchinson; Step son, Paul Harnish and wife Kim, Ensign; 23 grandchildren; and 22 great grandchildren.
