MINNEOLA – Faye Anna Beth Templeman, 94, died Thursday, February 11, 2016 at the Minneola Long Term Care Unit.

She was born August 2, 1921 at Dodge City, the daughter of Robert L. and Tempie M. (Van Trump) Rogers. She was a lifetime Minneola resident and a 1939 graduate of Minneola High School. She was an Insurance Clerk for Natural Gas Pipeline Company for many years in Minneola and a period of time in Chicago, retiring in 1979.

She was a member of the Minneola United Methodist Church and loved gardening and cooking.

On October 21, 1945 she married Claude W. Templeman at Minneola. He preceded her in death on July 9, 2007.

Survivors include: 2 nieces, Anet Hill, Texas and Judy Krebil, Kansas; several cousins, including Roger DeVoss and wife Sue, Dodge City; and her special friend, Genevieve McCune, Minneola.

She was also preceded in death by her parents and 2 brothers, James and Marvin Rogers.

Memorial services will be 10:00 am Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at the Minneola Long Term Care Unit with Rev. Dick Robbins officiating. Burial will follow at the Appleton Township Cemetery, Minneola. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Monday at Minnis Mortuary, Minneola.
