MINNEOLA – Raymond G. Wise, 92, died Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at the Minneola Long Term Care Unit, Minneola, Kansas.
He was born October 12, 1923 in Stratford, Oklahoma, the son of James Emmitt and Mary (McKeel) Wise. A longtime Minneola resident, he worked as a custom cutter until retirement.
On December 31, 1959 he married Dorothy M. Fuhrman in Meade, Kansas. She Survives.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his infant daughter, Linda Rae; 3 brothers, Wendall, Winford and Leonard; 2 sisters, Thelma and Milford.
Funeral Services will be 10:30 am Friday, January 15, 2016 at Minnis Mortuary, Minneola with Virgil White officiating. Burial will be in the Appleton Township Cemetery, Minneola.
The family suggests memorials to the Minneola Christian Church or the Minneola Long Term Care Unit in care of Minnis Mortuary, P.O. Box 459, Minneola, Kansas 67865.
